It searches LodgeSpot’s live listings of lodges, shared rooms, sublets, roommate profiles, marketplace items and stores, shows you matches with prices and links, and can check availability, take you through booking and payment, and hand you to the LodgeSpot team whenever you want a human.
Agent Spota is a chatbot, not a person, and it only knows what is listed on LodgeSpot. That keeps its answers honest: every result links back to a real listing you can open and verify.

No. Prices on LodgeSpot listings already include what LodgeSpot adds. The only extra charges are a ₦500 escrow charge for secure, protected payments and, if you choose instant payment with Paystack on the website or app, a ₦2,000 Paystack fee. An inspection tour is an optional ₦3,000. Lodges marked “agent’s price” show the agent’s own amount, with no LodgeSpot booking fee or commission added.
LodgeSpot payments are Escrow-protected: your money is only released once your booking is confirmed. Agent Spota never asks for your card PIN, OTP or passwords.
